Blue Rock Quarry offers a freshwater training ground just outside Cape Town. Visibility usually sits around 5-8 meters. You’ll find some old boats, a bus, and even a gnome garden down there, alongside a few freshwater fish like carp. It’s a good spot for refreshers, courses, or gear testing, especially when the ocean is too rough.
