RYENGEN - Cape Town & Western Cape
The Ryengen wreck sits in very shallow water, barely 5 metres deep, making it accessible for almost any diver. We found it a decent spot for a quick, relaxed dive, especially if you're keen on exploring a wreck without the usual depth challenges. Expect to see some kelp growth on the remains and a scattering of smaller reef fish sheltering in the structure. It’s a good choice for newer divers or those looking for a laid-back macro photography opportunity.
