Navy Reef off Trincomalee is a decent spot for a relaxed dive. We’ve found the coral here to be in reasonable shape, with plenty of smaller reef fish flitting about. It's a gentle drift on most days, making it suitable for newer divers or those looking for an easy second dive. Expect typical Indian Ocean reef inhabitants like parrotfish and surgeonfish.
