Little Wall - Dar es Salaam & Offshore Islands

Little Wall is our favourite kind of surprise out of Dar. You drop down, and it's just this vertical face, absolutely covered in soft corals. We love drifting along it, letting the gentle current do the work while we scan the crevices. You’ll spot Maldive cone snails slowly traversing the rock, and then a flash of green from a Goldbar wrasse zipping by. Keep an eye out for cowfish, too, with their curious expressions. The wall itself isn't incredibly deep, but it’s dense with life. We’ve seen green turtles making their way up to the surface for a breath, and even long-beaked dolphins cruise past in the blue if you're lucky. It's a relaxed dive, perfect for photographers who want to get up close with the smaller stuff, or anyone who just wants to soak in the colours without battling a strong current. This isn't a heart-pounding drift, it's more of a serene exploration.
