Mandela Wall sits just offshore from Dar es Salaam, a solid wall dive that slopes into the blue. We've often found schooling fusiliers here, along with the occasional reef shark patrolling the edge. It's a reliable spot for an easy, pleasant dive, particularly good if you're looking for something close to the city with decent visibility most mornings.
