Babino is a straightforward shore dive in Istria, dropping to a maximum depth of 22 metres. It’s a good spot for newer divers looking to get comfortable, or for some easy navigation practice. You’ll typically find a good range of Mediterranean reef fish and crustaceans amongst the rocks, often including crabs and octopuses. Expect a relaxed dive, usually with calm conditions.
