Duga Luka in Istria is a solid spot for newer divers, with a gentle slope down to 21 meters. We find it’s mostly about the small stuff here, tucked into rock crevices and amongst the sandy patches. You'll likely spot crabs scuttling past, maybe an octopus if you're patient, and plenty of smaller reef fish. It’s a calm introduction to diving the Adriatic, uncomplicated and relaxed.
