With 46+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, sea turtles and cuttlefish - Kraj offers some of Istria Peninsula's richest diving. Water ranges 12-26°C, warmest July, August, September.
Kraj is a straightforward dive off the Istrian coast, well-suited for a relaxed afternoon. We've often found small groupers tucked into the rocks and schools of damselfish flitting about the shallower areas. It's a good spot for newer divers looking to get comfortable, or for anyone wanting an easy dive without strong currents. You won't find anything dramatic here, but it's a pleasant enough dive.
