Megawand, Weißensee - Istria Peninsula

The Megawand, or "Mega Wall," at Weißensee offers a straightforward yet satisfying wall dive in Istria. Dropping to a maximum depth of 20 meters, it’s a good spot for intermediate divers looking for an easy-going profile. We’ve found plenty of nudibranchs clinging to the vertical rock face, and you’ll often spot small scorpionfish tucked into crevices. Keep an eye out for schooling damselfish in the blue, particularly in the mornings. It’s not an adrenaline rush, but it’s a reliable dive for a relaxed afternoon.
