Why dive here
With 46+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, sea turtles and cuttlefish - Numidia offers some of Istria Peninsula's richest diving. Water ranges 12-26°C, warmest July, August, September.
The Numidia wreck off Istria offers a glimpse into a piece of maritime history. We’ve found the stern section, fairly intact, resting in around 30 metres. It's a peaceful dive, often with good visibility, making it suitable for advanced open-water divers comfortable with deeper wrecks. Keep an eye out for conger eels tucked into crevices.
