Why dive here
With 46+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, sea turtles and cuttlefish - Pirusi offers some of Istria Peninsula's richest diving. Water ranges 12-26°C, warmest July, August, September.
Pirusi, off the Istrian coast, offers a straightforward Mediterranean dive. We usually find rocky slopes here, home to smaller reef fish and crabs tucked into crevices. It’s a good spot for a relaxed dive, perhaps a second tank, and suitable for less experienced divers looking to get comfortable in the Adriatic. Expect typical coastal visibility, decent on a calm day.
