Rampe - Istria Peninsula
Winslow Reef is a remote coral outcrop in the Phoenix Islands, often explored as part of a liveaboard itinerary. Encounters with larger pelagics are the draw here; we've seen sperm whales passing through the deeper sections. Currents can be significant, so it's best suited for experienced divers comfortable with drift diving in open ocean environments.
