Sallacher Strandbad - Istria Peninsula

Sallacher Strandbad is a really relaxed shore entry, perfect for a gentle afternoon dip or those just getting comfortable in the water. It’s shallow, only ever reaching about 10 meters, so you’ve got plenty of bottom time to scout around. We’ve spotted crabs scuttling amongst the rocks and a few smaller reef fish darting between the weeds. It’s not going to blow your mind with massive pelagics, but for a chilled-out orientation dive or a skills session, it’s a perfectly decent spot. Good for beginners, families, or just when you want an easy splash.
