Seegüetli - Istria Peninsula

Stork Rock is a solid shore dive, easy to access from the Sliema promenade if you know where to look. We usually gear up by the benches and wade in, keeping an eye on the occasional boat traffic. The main draw is a series of rocky shelves that drop down, pretty good for spotting scarlet coral tucked into crevices. You'll often find schools of damsel fish hovering around the deeper sections, and there's a fair bit of Mediterranean tapeweed swaying in the shallows. It's a nice easy dive, good for a relaxed afternoon or a checkout dive.
