Why dive here
With 46+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, sea turtles and cuttlefish - Sip offers some of Istria Peninsula's richest diving. Water ranges 12-26°C, warmest July, August, September.
Sip, off the Istrian coast, is a straightforward dive. You’ll find typical Mediterranean reef fish here, parrotfish grazing, and often scorpionfish tucked into crevices. It's a relaxed spot, good for a second dive of the day or if you're looking for something calm. We’d suggest it for newer divers building confidence.
