Uvala Polje - Zid - Istria Peninsula
Uvala Polje - Zid, off the Istrian coast, is a straightforward wall dive that’s perfect for easing into the local conditions. The wall itself drops to a modest 19 meters, making it a comfortable spot for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed afternoon. We’ve found plenty of small stuff tucked into the cracks and crevices here, nudibranchs slowly making their way across the rock face, and sometimes a curious octopus peeking out from its den. Visibility is generally good, and while it’s not a drift dive, the gentle currents allow for an easy exploration of the wall's contours. It’s a nice, calm introduction to Mediterranean wall diving.
