KAVRAZ - Vis & Biševo
Kavraz isn’t about depth, it’s about a story. This isn't a deep blue adventure, it’s a peek into history, right in the shallows. The wreck itself, a small motor vessel, lies split open at just 5 meters, an ideal spot for anyone who loves spending time in the shallows or wants a relaxed dive without the pressure of depth. We love how the light plays on the broken hull, especially around midday, filtering through the water and highlighting the details of the decay. What you get here is a sense of intimacy with the wreck. You can spend a good long time finning gently around, peering into the remains of the engine room and imagining the boat's last moments. It's a fantastic spot for photographers too, the ambient light makes colours pop, and we’ve spent hours just watching damselfish flit in and out of the crevices. Look closely and you’ll often find small octopus tucked away, and the occasional moray eel peeking from behind a plate of rusted steel. It’s not a grand wreck, but it’s a charming one, full of small discoveries.
