Poseidon Pillar - Vis & Biševo

The Poseidon Pillar is one of those easy-going pinnacle dives that’s perfect for getting your fins wet in Vis. Dropping to a comfortable 28 meters, it’s not going to test your deep diving chops, but it’s a solid spot for beginners to practice buoyancy around a distinct geological feature. We've seen plenty of Mediterranean reef fish here, the usual suspects like chromis and damselfish, flitting around the rock face. It’s a good, straightforward dive, a nice introduction to the area’s underwater topography without throwing any big surprises at you.
