Sirena Bay, Hvar - Vis & Biševo

Sirena Bay, on Hvar's western side, is a gentle introduction to Croatian diving. It’s mostly sand and scattered rock formations, with a maximum depth of 15 metres, making it ideal for those just getting their fins wet or wanting a relaxed potter. We've often seen small schools of juvenile fish here, and sometimes a curious octopus peeking out from under a rock. It’s a comfortable, easy entry point, especially good for a refresh dive or photography practice without strong currents to worry about.
