GETA - Bornholm
The GETA wreck on Bornholm offers a solid dive for those keen on modern history. She’s a motor vessel that went down in 2000 after a collision, and you can still see the impact point, a significant gash on her port side. Sitting upright at 12 metres, penetration is possible in places if you’re properly trained and equipped, though we tend to just enjoy circling her exterior. Schools of small fish dart in and out of the superstructure, and we’ve spotted crabs tucked into crevices. It’s a good spot for a relaxed wreck dive, and fairly accessible for divers comfortable with colder waters.
