With 66+ marine species recorded in the area - including jellyfish lake - HEIKE offers some of Bornholm's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 3-18°C, warmest July, August, September.
The HEIKE wreck lies upright at 16 meters, a cutter vessel sitting on a sandy bottom off Bornholm. This is a pretty exposed site, so we always check the forecast for swell before heading out. Shoals of cod and pollock often shelter around the superstructure, making it a good spot for observing local fish life. It’s a straightforward dive, well-suited for newer wreck divers looking to explore a complete, albeit compact, vessel.
