With 66+ marine species recorded in the area - including jellyfish lake - RITA offers some of Bornholm's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 3-18°C, warmest July, August, September.
The Rita wreck off Bornholm sits upright at 17 metres, mostly intact despite its "dangerous wreck" classification. We found the wheelhouse and engine room offer some interesting swim-throughs, now well-colonised by small cod and blennies. It’s a solid pick for divers looking for a straightforward wreck dive with decent structure and a bit of marine life without deep depths or strong currents.
