ROZGWIAZDA - Bornholm
Dropping onto the Rozgwiazda, a 46-meter dredger, is like stepping back in time. She rests at 28 meters, quite upright, a genuine piece of maritime history now a home for the North Sea’s critters. We've seen some surprisingly plump cod hanging out in the darker recesses, and the wreck's structure itself, with its various nooks and crannies, feels like an apartment building for smaller fish. It’s a good dive for those who appreciate wrecks with a bit of story to them, rather than just coral, and the visibility on a good day gives you a real sense of her scale. Just remember, she’s classed as a dangerous wreck for a reason, so keep an eye on your penetration points if you’re exploring inside.
