Tinda, off Bornholm, is a compelling dive for those who appreciate a good wreck story. This motor vessel went down in 1956 after a run-in with the Birte, and she sits at a depth of 45 metres. What we find now is a largely intact hull, settled upright, which always makes for a more dramatic approach. You'll see her bow still quite distinct, often attracting schools of cod and the occasional flatfish camouflaged on the deck plates. It's a sombre, quiet dive, often with good visibility that really lets you take in the scale of the collision damage. For experienced cold-water wreck enthusiasts, Tinda offers a deep, reflective dive into maritime history.
