VIRGO - Bornholm
The Virgo wreck sits upright at a modest 10 meters, making it quite accessible for a range of divers. She was a fishing vessel, sunk back in '74 after a run-in with a ferry, now resting quietly on the seabed near Trelleborg's entrance. You can clearly make out her wheelhouse and the general lines of a working boat, with nets and cables draped over the structure, lending it a real ghost ship feel. Expect to see some of the Baltic's resident fish species darting in and out of the openings, making the most of the shelter. It’s a solid wreck dive, especially for those looking for something a bit different from your typical reef, without the need for deep deco.
