The Albis, a steamship that ran aground in 1922 and broke in two, sits in incredibly shallow water, just 2 meters deep. You’re essentially snorkeling over a wreck here, making it perfect for those new to diving or looking for a relaxed exploration. What you’ll find is the scattered remains of a substantial vessel, now thoroughly integrated with the seabed. We often see various small fish darting amongst the twisted metal, and the hull sections are coated in a surprising amount of green algae and barnacles. It's a unique chance to get up close with a piece of history without the need for deep diving gear.
