With 95+ marine species recorded in the area - including seals & sea lions, sea turtles and jellyfish lake - ANNE offers some of North Sea Coast's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 3-19°C, warmest July, August, September.
The *Anne* offers a unique shallow wreck experience just outside Bisserup Harbour. This dredger, sunk in 1973 due to a leak, sits in just a meter of water, making it perfect for snorkelers or very shallow freediving. We often find the wreck's exposed superstructure coated in green algae, with small crabs scuttling amongst the metalwork. While you won't be penetrating any depths here, the *Anne* gives a clear glimpse into a piece of local maritime history, easily accessible and a gentle introduction to wreck exploration. It's an ideal spot for a quick dip on a calm day, especially if you're keen to observe coastal marine life making a home in man-made structures.
