The Bodil wreck lies at 30 meters, a motor vessel that went down in 1948 after a collision. We’ve found it’s a pretty decent dive for those who appreciate a bit of history, even if the visibility can be a bit… well, North Sea. The wreck itself is reasonably intact, offering good penetration opportunities if you’re properly trained and equipped for overhead environments. You’ll often find decent-sized cod lurking in the holds, and the metalwork is completely encrusted with anemones and dead man's fingers, giving it a surprising amount of colour when your torch catches it right. It’s a good one for experienced divers keen on exploring a piece of maritime past.
