With 95+ marine species recorded in the area - including seals & sea lions, sea turtles and jellyfish lake - HERA offers some of North Sea Coast's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 3-19°C, warmest July, August, September.
The HERA wreck lies in just two metres of water off the North Sea coast. It's a shallow dive, really more of a snorkel, but what it lacks in depth it makes up for in accessibility. The wreck itself is quite broken up, but you can still make out the general shape, covered in local algae and barnacles. If you're looking for a quick, easy dip to see some history, this is your spot.
