LINA - North Sea Coast
The LINA wreck, sitting at just 11 metres off the North Sea Coast, is one of those accessible wrecks that offers a good dive without demanding too much. It’s a motor vessel, and while officially classified as "dangerous," we found that mostly refers to its deteriorating state rather than any immediate hazard for a careful diver. The wreck itself is quite broken up, but you can still make out the general shape, with ribs and plating scattered across the seabed. This provides plenty of nooks and crannies for local marine life – we've spotted crabs scuttling amongst the wreckage and small schools of fish darting in and out of the darker sections. It’s a solid dive for anyone looking to get some wreck time in without deep decompression or strong currents.
