With 95+ marine species recorded in the area - including seals & sea lions, sea turtles and jellyfish lake - MINNA offers some of North Sea Coast's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 3-19°C, warmest July, August, September.
The MINNA, a motor vessel that went down in 1925, lies at a comfortable 14 metres on the North Sea coast. It’s a good entry point for wreck diving if you're looking for something accessible in Denmark, particularly if you're new to the region's unique conditions. We’ve found the wreck itself is quite broken up, but the scattered pieces still form interesting structures. Look closely and you’ll find plenty of crabs tucked into crevices, and we’ve often seen small schools of cod sheltering amongst the plates. The visibility can be variable, as with much of the North Sea, but on a good day, it offers a decent rummage through history.

Wreck site - avoid penetration without wreck diving certification. Watch for sharp metal and entanglement hazards.
