With 95+ marine species recorded in the area - including seals & sea lions, sea turtles and jellyfish lake - OLNA offers some of North Sea Coast's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 3-19°C, warmest July, August, September.
The OLNA wreck, sitting upright in a modest seven metres of water, offers a surprisingly engaging dive for its depth. We’ve found the shallow profile makes for long bottom times and great natural light penetration, illuminating the steamship’s structure. You can easily navigate the bow and stern sections, which are now completely colonised by crabs and flatfish. It's a fantastic spot for newer wreck divers looking to get their fins wet on a genuinely historical site, or for anyone keen on a relaxed dive with easy access.
