The Skagerrak, a trawler resting at 29 meters on the seabed off Denmark’s North Sea coast, offers a solid wreck dive without being overly dramatic. You'll find it largely intact, a real fishing vessel, with parts of the superstructure still visible to poke around. What really sells the Skagerrak is the way the local marine life has moved in, making it an artificial reef; expect to see plenty of fish sheltering in the nooks and crannies. It's a good spot for divers looking to explore a real piece of maritime history that’s now a habitat, a sturdy dive that rewards patience rather than demanding a spectacle.
