TABOR - North Sea Coast
Diving the Tabor is a real journey into North Sea history, though a somber one. This old trawler went down in '69 after hitting a mine, and she now rests upright at 26 meters, mostly intact. The stern section is particularly interesting, with a visible propeller and the rudder still in place, acting like a magnet for cod and various flatfish. Expect decent visibility on a good day, but the current can pick up, so it’s best suited for those comfortable with drift diving. Exploring the deck offers glimpses into the past, with the remains of fishing gear slowly being reclaimed by the sea.
