With 95+ marine species recorded in the area - including seals & sea lions, sea turtles and jellyfish lake - Vollerup Rev offers some of North Sea Coast's richest reef diving. Water ranges 3-19°C, warmest July, August, September.
Vollerup Rev offers a glimpse into a very Danish kind of reef diving. While not a kaleidoscope of tropical colour, what you find here is a robust, fascinating ecosystem. We've often found ourselves tracking Pollock weaving through the kelp, with common sea stars studding the rocks. It’s a site that rewards a slower pace, perfect for those who appreciate the subtle beauty of temperate waters and the chance to spot species like harbour porpoise if you’re lucky.
