ZEUS - North Sea Coast
The ZEUS, a steamship that went down in 1940, rests on the seabed at a consistent 50 metres off Denmark’s North Sea coast. It’s a deep dive, naturally, meaning good buoyancy and cold water experience are essential here. The wreck itself is largely intact, offering some interesting penetration opportunities for appropriately trained divers, with the engine room often a highlight. Even from the exterior, you'll spot plenty of resident cod, wrasse, and various crabs that have made the ZEUS their home. It’s a proper wreck dive, best for those who appreciate history and the atmosphere of a deep, solitary vessel.
