Why dive here
Ligres Beach is a dive where divers can encounter sea turtles. Water ranges 17-27°C, warmest July, August, September.
Ligres Beach offers simple shore diving along a rocky bottom. You’ll find small Mediterranean reef fish darting between the rocks, along with the occasional octopus or moray eel if you look closely. It's a relaxed spot, probably best for a casual dive if you’re staying nearby, or for those just getting comfortable in open water. We wouldn't go out of our way for it, but it's a pleasant enough way to spend an hour underwater.
