Faliraki is a dive where divers can encounter dolphins, sea turtles and sperm whales. Water ranges 18-27°C, warmest July, August, September.
Faliraki offers a straightforward shore dive, popular with local dive schools for introductory sessions. We typically see small Mediterranean wrasse and sea bream darting amongst the rocks, often with octopus tucked into crevices. It’s a good spot for building confidence or a relaxed second dive, though don't expect anything dramatic. Visibility usually hovers around 15 metres.
