Sick mans rock - West Coast
Sick Man’s Rock, off Ireland’s west coast, offers a solid rocky reef dive. The site tends to have good kelp coverage and plenty of the usual suspects you'd expect in these cooler waters, like wrasse and gobies poking about. We've often found it a reliable spot for a calm, easy dive when conditions elsewhere are a bit rougher. It's a straightforward dive, well-suited for those looking for a relaxed exploration of a typical Irish reef.
