Grotta del Grongo - Portofino & Liguria

Grotta del Grongo is a straightforward cave dive, accessible to most divers comfortable in overhead environments. We’ve found decent visibility here on good days, often around 15 metres, which helps when navigating the darker sections. Look out for the resident conger eels tucked into crevices, giving the cave its name. It’s a good choice for a second dive or those looking to explore a Mediterranean grotto without extreme technical demands.
