The Leneo wreck sits at a comfortable 12 metres, making it a good choice for newer divers or anyone looking for a relaxed dive in Portofino. This steamship met its end in a rather dramatic fashion, though exactly when and how is a bit hazy, adding to its charm. Today, it's a jumble of metal that’s become home to various Mediterranean critters. You'll find moray eels peeking from pipes, schools of damselfish flitting over the hull, and often some impressive nudibranchs making their way across the rusty plates. It’s not a massive wreck, but there are plenty of nooks to explore without ever feeling rushed, a nice, easy dive that often surprises you with who's decided to move in.
