SHKVAL - Budva & Bar

The SHKVAL, a substantial fishing vessel, went down after a fire in 1975, and now sits in just 13 metres of water off Budva. We're talking about a serious wreck here, 135 metres long, originally built in Germany. While it's relatively shallow, giving you plenty of bottom time, it's still an impressive structure to explore. Expect to see the hull and superstructure, now well-colonised by sponges and small schooling fish. It’s a comfortable dive for most experience levels and a good one for photographers looking for a large, intact wreck profile.
