Akkarvika - Lofoten Islands

Akkarvika offers a solid shore dive right from the beach. Drop down into a kelp forest that gives way to a sandy bottom, where we’ve often spotted flatfish camouflaged against the sand and the occasional inquisitive cod. It’s a good spot for a relaxed dive, especially if you’re keen on macro life amongst the holdfasts, or just want to shake out the cobwebs. We’d suggest it for divers looking for an easy entry and a chance to explore at their own pace.
