With 189+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, mobula rays (devil rays), ocean sunfish (mola mola), octopuses and sea turtles - Granadella offers some of Cabo de Palos's richest reef diving. Water ranges 15-28°C, warmest July, August, September.
Granadella offers straightforward diving just off Cabo de Palos, with generally calm conditions. The rocky seabed has plenty of nooks and crannies, good for spotting octopus, moray eels, and smaller reef fish. It's a reliable spot for less experienced divers or those looking for a relaxed afternoon dip without strong currents. We often find it's a decent place for underwater photography practice.
