With 189+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, mobula rays (devil rays), ocean sunfish (mola mola), octopuses and sea turtles - Tres Piedras offers some of Cabo de Palos's richest diving. Water ranges 15-28°C, warmest July, August, September.
Tres Piedras, off Cabo de Palos, offers a relaxed Mediterranean dive. You'll find three large rocks providing shelter for smaller fish and octopuses, often tucked into crevices. It’s a good spot for a second dive or for divers getting reacquainted with their buoyancy, as conditions are typically calm with good visibility. We often see nudibranchs here, too.
