With 76+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, octopuses, sea turtles, sperm whales and cuttlefish - El Puente offers some of Canary Islands's richest diving. Water ranges 20-24°C, warmest August, September, October.
El Puente is a mellow spot, ideal for new divers or anyone wanting a relaxed shallow dive. At 11 metres, you’ll find an old bridge structure acting as an artificial reef, attracting octopuses and plenty of smaller reef fish. It’s a good place to practice buoyancy or get comfortable with your gear before tackling deeper sites, especially with its easy entry. We often recommend it for a gentle afternoon dive.
