SAINT CHRIST - Medes Islands
The Saint Christ is a fishing boat, purposefully sunk just off the Medes Islands. It sits upright, an easy dive at a maximum depth of 14 metres, which makes it perfect for newer wreck divers or those looking for a relaxed second dive. We usually find schools of damselfish flickering around the superstructure, with moray eels peering out from cracks in the hull. The wreck itself isn't huge, but there's enough here to spend a good 40 minutes exploring, particularly if you take your time to peer into the wheelhouse and down the open hold. It’s a nice, straightforward wreck, a solid choice for a laid-back afternoon.
