Royal Minstrel
Why dive here
With 50+ marine species recorded in the area - including dwarf minke whales and jellyfish lake - Royal Minstrel offers some of Baltic Coast's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 1-17°C, warmest July, August, September.
The Royal Minstrel, resting at 25 metres on the Baltic seabed, is a wreck dive best suited for experienced divers comfortable with deeper, darker conditions. We've found the wreck itself to be quite broken up, but the scattered sections offer interesting swim-throughs and plenty of cover for local cod and blennies. Visibility here can vary, but on a good day, the details of the ship's structure are surprisingly clear. It's a dive for those who appreciate history and the quiet solitude of a submerged relic.
