IDA - West Coast (Gothenburg)
The IDA, a motor vessel that sank back in 1958 after springing a leak, now rests at 30 meters off Sweden's West Coast. This wreck is a good pick for divers who appreciate the history behind a site. While there aren't specific species listed, we've found that these older wrecks in cooler waters often become artificial reefs, attracting cod, blennies, and sometimes even a curious seal. The IDA offers a chance to explore a piece of maritime history, the structure itself draped in various growth after decades on the seabed.
