ORMEN - West Coast (Gothenburg)
Ormen, a fishing vessel, rests upright in around 21 metres on the seabed just off Gothenburg. It's classified as a dangerous wreck, so we always recommend sticking to external exploration unless you’re with an experienced guide familiar with its interior. Even then, proceed with caution. The wreck itself is relatively intact, offering a decent profile to navigate around, and the resident cod and wrasse have made themselves quite at home in its shelter. We find it's a solid choice for divers looking for their first true wreck experience in the area, offering enough to see without being overly complex.
